Memodyne Testing and Quality: What the Seals Do and Do Not Show

Written by the Memodyne editorial team · Last updated · 7 min read · Medical review below

Quick answerThe Memodyne label says “Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients” and names Gex Corporation LLP of Ogden, Utah, as distributor. The factory is not named. The GMP, FDA-registered facility and money-back seals are brand badges, not verified certificates, and no lab certificate has been published. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale.

Seals

What do the Memodyne seals mean, and what do they not mean?

They are brand badges. Each one points to something real, like federal manufacturing rules or a refund policy. None comes with a certificate number, an auditor's name or a facility we could look up.

That does not make them false. It means we cannot confirm them, so we show them with plain notes.

Good Manufacturing Practice GMP seal
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

A brand badge. It refers to the FDA's supplement manufacturing rules. No facility or certificate number is published.

Registered FDA facility seal
FDA-registered facility

A brand badge. A facility listing is not FDA approval of the product, and the facility is not named.

Money back

Refers to the 60-day guarantee shown on the sales page. It is a purchase policy, not a promise of results.

Who makes Memodyne, and where?

The label tells us where, but not who. It reads: “Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.” That means the capsules were made in a U.S. plant, while some raw materials came from abroad.

The label names the distributor, not the factory: Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, phone +1 (507) 448-8190, email [email protected]. A distributor puts its name on the product and handles questions. It may or may not run the plant.

The sales page adds that the product is made in an FDA-registered facility. It names no plant, so we treat that line as unverified.

FDA

Does the FDA approve Memodyne?

No. The FDA does not have the authority to approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements). Companies are responsible for making sure their products are safe and their labels are truthful.

That is why the front label says “Cognitive Support Formula*”. The asterisk leads to this printed statement: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

Federal rules do require every dietary ingredient to be listed with its amount per serving (21 CFR 101.36). Memodyne does this for all seven lines. Health claims in ads must also be backed by sound science (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

Lab testing

Has a lab tested Memodyne?

We cannot say, because no certificate of analysis has been published. Our file holds a reference number, MEM-4547-26-ME, and a lot code, MEM-26/ME-4547. Neither links to a report anyone can read.

A certificate of analysis, or CoA, is a lab sheet for one batch. It is the most direct way to see whether a bottle holds what the label says.

  1. 01

    Identity

Confirms each ingredient is what the label names, such as L-arginine and not a different amino acid.

  2. 02

    Amount

Measures how much of each ingredient is in a capsule, compared with the printed amount.

  3. 03

    Heavy metals

Checks for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury against set limits.

  4. 04

    Microbes

Checks for bacteria, yeast and mold.

  5. 05

    Lab and date

Names the lab that ran the tests and when, so the sheet can be traced.

Ask for a CoA

How do you ask for a Memodyne certificate of analysis?

Ask for it by lot code. A general certificate for “the product” tells you less than one that matches your own bottle.

  1. Find your code

Check the base or label edge of your bottle. Our batch verify page shows where to look.

  2. Call or write

Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 or email the distributor at [email protected].

  3. Be specific

Ask for the certificate for your lot, the name of the lab, and whether the lab is independent of the maker.

  4. Check the reply

The product name, lot code and amounts should match your label. A sheet with no lab name or date is weak evidence.

No answer is also an answer

If no certificate is offered, that is useful to know too. Write down the date you asked and the answer you got.

Self-check

What quality points can you check yourself?

Quite a few, and they take minutes. Some are strengths of this label. Others are gaps you should know about.

Strengths you can see

  • Every line has its own amount; there is no proprietary blend
  • A vegetable capsule (hypromellose)
  • A short list of other ingredients: vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide
  • A distributor with a mailing address, phone and email
  • A safety seal warning printed on the label

Gaps to keep in mind

  • No factory named
  • No lab certificate published
  • Seals with no certificate numbers
  • No code or date visible on the label image we hold
  • No study of the product itself

The Supplement Facts page retypes the full panel. Our editorial standards explain how we check each fact.

What would help

What would make the quality claims easier to trust?

Three documents would close most of the gaps on this page. None of them would be hard for a maker to share, and each one can be checked by a reader.

Documents that would confirm the seals and the made-in line, as of October 13, 2026.
DocumentWhat it would showStatus today
Certificate of analysis by lotIdentity, amounts and contaminant results for one batchReference number only; not published
Facility name and registrationWhich plant made the capsulesNot named
Third-party audit or seal numberThat an outside group checked the plant against GMP rulesBadge only; no number

If we receive any of these, we will add them here and move the date at the top of the page. Until then, the label and your own bottle checks are the firmest facts available.

Storage

How do storage and handling affect quality?

Even a well-made capsule can break down if it is stored badly. The label asks for a cool, dry place away from heat and light. Moisture is the main enemy of capsules, so keep the cap tight.

Check the capsules now and then. If they stick together, crack or change color, stop and call the order desk. Keep the bottle out of reach of children, as the label also says.

Honest note

Honest note: quality is not the same as proof it works

A clean, well-made capsule can still do very little. No study of Memodyne has been published. Its arginine and citrulline are best known for blood flow and workouts, and the amounts are small next to the doses used in research.

A lab sheet would tell you what is in the bottle. It would not tell you what the capsule does for memory. For that, read the ingredients page and talk with your doctor, especially if you take blood pressure medicine.

FAQ

Memodyne testing and quality FAQ: questions people ask

Is Memodyne third-party tested?

No third-party test report has been published. A certificate reference number exists in our files, but no certificate we could read.

Is Memodyne approved by the FDA?

No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The label's own FDA statement says its claims were not evaluated.

Where is Memodyne made?

The label says “Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.” The factory is not named on the label or the sales page.

Who distributes Memodyne?

Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, phone +1 (507) 448-8190, email [email protected], as printed on the label.

What does the GMP seal on Memodyne mean?

It is a brand badge that refers to the FDA's manufacturing rules for supplements. No facility name or certificate number is published with it.

Is the Memodyne factory FDA registered?

The sales page says so, but it names no facility and no registration number, so we could not check. Registration is a listing, not an approval.

How do I get a certificate of analysis for Memodyne?

Ask the order desk or the distributor for the certificate that matches your lot code. Ask what lab ran it and what it tested for.

Does Memodyne contain a proprietary blend?

No. Each of the seven lines on the label has its own printed amount, which makes it easier to check.

How should I store Memodyne to keep it fresh?

Keep the bottle closed in a cool, dry place away from heat and light, as the label says. Avoid a steamy bathroom or a hot car.

What is the Memodyne capsule made of?

Hypromellose, a vegetable capsule. The other ingredients are vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide.
