Memodyne Privacy Policy: What Memodynemind Receives and What It Does Not
Quick answermemodynemind.com is a static site run by Memodynemind, a U.S. stocking partner for Memodyne. It has no accounts, sets no cookies as published and runs no ad trackers. Orders and payments happen on the BuyGoods checkout, so we never see your card number. We keep only web host logs and emails you send us. Requests go to [email protected]. Effective October 13, 2026.
- 60-day satisfaction window
- Free US shipping on 3 and 6 bottles

Which website does this privacy policy cover?
Effective October 13, 2026. The short version first, then the detail.
This policy covers the pages at memodynemind.com and nothing else. Memodynemind publishes them as a U.S. stocking partner for Memodyne. We are not the maker of Memodyne, and our office is at 5 Park Avenue, Floor 18, New York, NY 10016.
The site is static. Each page is a fixed file sent to your browser. There are no accounts, no logins, no comment boxes and no newsletter forms. We may earn money when you buy through our order buttons, so this policy also explains where your details go on the way to checkout.
The sales page, the checkout platform, its order desk and every outside source we link to run under their own privacy rules. You can read who we are on the about page.
- 0accounts or logins
- 0cookies set by our pages
- 0ad trackers as published
- 1inbox for privacy requests
Nothing to sign up for
No accounts, forms or mailing lists exist on this site.
Checkout is separate
BuyGoods takes the order, the address and the payment. We do not.
Email only if you write
A message is kept only as long as it takes to answer it.
Nothing is sold
We never sell or rent personal information.
What information could this site receive?
Very little. A visit leaves routine host logs, and an email leaves an email. Everything else stays with the checkout platform or is never collected.
| Kind of data | Examples | Does this site receive it? | Why, and for how long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Web host logs | IP address, browser, page requested, time, referring link | Yes, automatically, through our host | Keeps the site online and blocks abuse. Kept only as long as security and error checks need. |
| Emails you send | Your name, email address and message | Yes, if you write to [email protected] | Used only to reply. Kept until the question is closed, or deleted sooner if you ask. |
| Order button clicks | Which button was clicked and where it sits | Only if a Google tag is added later | Would show which buttons people use. Not active as published; we will name the tool here first. |
| Order details | Name, address, phone, email, pack size | No | Held by the checkout platform and its order desk. |
| Payment details | Card number, expiry date, security code | No | Entered on the BuyGoods checkout and handled there only. |
| Health details | Memory worries, diagnoses, medicine lists | Never asked for | Please do not send them. We delete them if they arrive. |
Where do your details go when you order?
Memodyne orders run through the BuyGoods checkout behind the sales page. The four steps below trace your details along that path. Prices, shipping and the 60-day window are shown before you pay, and our pricing page lists each pack.
You click an order button
A short redirect on our site opens the brand sales page.
You type your details at checkout
Your name, address, email and card go straight to BuyGoods, the checkout platform.
The platform handles the order
BuyGoods and its order desk ship the bottles, send tracking and process refunds. The desk number is +1 (302) 200-3480.
We learn that a sale happened
Sale totals may appear in an earnings report. Card numbers and full addresses are never passed to us.
How do we use the emails you send?
A message to [email protected] is used for one purpose: answering you. We do not add you to a list or send promotions.
That inbox cannot see orders. With your permission, we can forward an order question to the order desk; otherwise it stays with us. For order help, calling +1 (302) 200-3480 is faster, as the contact page explains. Sales questions can also go to [email protected], which the order side runs under its own policy.
What happens to a review you send?
No customer reviews are shown on this site yet. A review goes live only after it is matched to a real order, and that match never needs your card number.
A published review shows only the details you agree to, such as a first name, a state and the pack size. You can ask us to take it down at any time. The reviews page explains the process.
Why keep health details out of your emails?
Health details belong with your doctor
Please leave out memory test results, diagnoses, medicine lists and family health history when you write to us. We cannot give medical advice, and the inbox is not a health record. Your doctor or pharmacist is the right person for those questions.
If health details reach us anyway, we answer the rest of your message and then delete them. Medicine cautions are on the side effects page. Sudden confusion or trouble speaking calls for 911, not an email.
How long do we keep data, and how is it protected?
Host logs are kept only while security and error checks need them. Emails are kept until your question is closed, or less if you ask.
Pages are sent over an encrypted connection. Only the staff who answer the inbox can open it. No system is perfectly safe, so please never email card numbers or passwords.
Which privacy rights do you have?
Anyone can ask about their data, wherever they live. Some U.S. states, such as California, give residents extra rights by law. We offer those same choices to every reader.
What you can ask of us
- Ask which personal details we hold about you
- Have a wrong email record corrected
- Have your emails to us deleted
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of data, which we do not do anyway
- Let someone you trust make a request for you
- Get the same service whether or not you use these rights
How do you send a privacy request?
Privacy requests go to [email protected], read Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. The order desk does not handle privacy requests for this website.

The site is meant for readers in the United States, and U.S. law governs this policy. Our terms and conditions cover the rest of how the site works, and the disclaimer covers health information.

Memodyne privacy policy: questions people ask
Does memodynemind.com sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell, rent or swap personal information with anyone, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Does the Memodyne website use cookies?
Not on our own pages as published. The sales page and checkout you reach after an order button may set their own cookies under their own policy.
Do I need an account to use the Memodyne site?
No. There are no accounts, logins or sign-up forms. Every page is a fixed file anyone can read.
Can Memodynemind see my credit card number?
No. You type card details on the BuyGoods checkout, and they stay with that platform. They never pass through this website.
Who has my Memodyne order details and shipping address?
The checkout platform and its order desk, which use them to ship and support the order. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 to review or change an order.
Should I email you about my memory, my diagnosis or my medicines?
Please don't. We cannot give medical advice, and our inbox is not a health record. Your doctor or pharmacist is the right person for those details.
How do I ask you to delete my emails?
Write to [email protected] from the same address and say what to remove. We confirm when it is done, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Is this website meant for children?
No. Memodyne is sold to adults 18 and over. If we learn that a child sent us information, we delete it.
How will I know if this privacy policy changes?
The effective date at the top moves forward with each change. This version applies from October 13, 2026.
