What do the Memodyne lot and CoA numbers on this site mean?
They are reference codes, nothing more. Our product file lists lot MEM-26/ME-4547 and a certificate of analysis reference MEM-4547-26-ME. No certificate has been published under either code.
So we do not claim that any bottle was tested, or that yours came from that lot. We show the codes so you can quote them when you ask the order desk a question.
| Item | Value | What it is | What it is not |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lot reference | MEM-26/ME-4547 | A batch code listed in our product file | Proof that your bottle came from that batch |
| CoA reference | MEM-4547-26-ME | A reference number for a certificate of analysis | A published certificate you can read |
| Label code | Not printed on the label image | Nothing to compare against | A sign of a problem by itself |
Our testing and quality page explains what a certificate of analysis would show and how to ask for one.
Why check the batch at all?
A batch code links your bottle to one production run. If a problem is ever found with a run, the code tells you whether yours is part of it. Without the code, you have no way to know.
It also helps with look-alike sellers. A bottle from an unknown checkout may carry a different label or no code at all. Five minutes of checking on arrival gives you a record you can use for a question, a refund or a doctor's visit.
Bring the bottle, or a photo of the label, to your doctor or pharmacist. They can check the seven lines against your medicines.
How do you read the base of a Memodyne bottle?
Turn the bottle over in good light. Most supplement bottles carry a printed batch code and a date, either on the base or on the edge of the label. The label image we hold does not show either, so your bottle is the only place to look.
Take a clear photo before you open the bottle. It saves you from hunting for the code later on a phone call.
- 01
A batch or lot code
Letters and numbers, often near the word LOT. Write it down exactly, including dashes and slashes.
- 02
A date
It may say EXP, BEST BY or show a month and year alone. Ask the order desk what kind of date it is if it is unclear.
- 03
Nothing at all
Some bottles leave both off. That alone is not a red flag, but ask which batch was shipped to you.
- 04
A sticker over the print
Do not peel it. Photograph it and mention it on your call.
How do you check the safety seal?
Check it before your first capsule. The label says: “Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.” That line is there for a reason, so follow it even if the capsules look fine.
Seal check before first use
- The cap turns with some resistance the first time
- Under the cap, an inner seal covers the whole opening
- The seal is flat, with no tears, holes or lifted edges
- No capsules have spilled into the cap
- The bottle smells neutral, not damp or sour
Damaged seal: stop
If the seal is damaged or missing, put the bottle aside. Do not take any capsules. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and a photo of the seal.
Does your bottle match the Memodyne label we show?
It should list seven lines, each with its own amount. The brand's own ingredient list names only six and leaves out beta-alanine, but the label prints it. If your bottle shows six lines, ask about it.
The distributor line should read Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404. The label also says “Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.”

How do you ask the order desk to match your order?
Call with your details ready. The order desk is run by the checkout platform, and it is the only contact that can see your order. This website and [email protected] cannot.
Gather your details
Order ID, purchase date, pack size, and the code and date from your bottle.
Call the order desk
Call +1 (302) 200-3480. Hours are not published, so a weekday morning is a sensible start.
Ask three questions
Was this order shipped from a known batch? Does the code on my bottle match it? Is there a lab report for that batch?
Write down the answer
Note the date, the name of the person and what they said.
Follow up in writing
Send a short email to [email protected] that repeats the answer, so there is a record.
A simple script
“Hello, I bought Memodyne, order ID ____. My bottle shows the code ____ and the date ____. Can you confirm this batch was shipped with my order, and is a certificate of analysis available for it?”
What if something does not match?
Stop and ask before you take any. Most mismatches have a plain cause, like a new label print. Some need a replacement or a refund.
| What you see | What it may mean | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Seal torn, loose or missing | Damage in transit or tampering | Do not use it. Call the order desk. |
| Fewer or more than seven lines on the label | A different product or a new formula | Do not use it until the order desk explains. |
| A different distributor name | A different seller or product | Compare with the label here and call the order desk. |
| No code or date anywhere | Some labels leave them off | Ask the order desk which batch was shipped. |
| Capsules look broken or discolored | Heat, moisture or damage | Stop and ask for a replacement. |
| Product name not on your card statement | A checkout run by another company | Read our buyer check and call your card issuer if unsure. |
If you bought from a site you are not sure about, read our buyer check. Returns follow the steps on the refund policy page.
How should you store a bottle after checking it?
Keep it closed in a cool, dry place away from heat and light, as the label says. A bathroom shelf is often too damp. A kitchen cupboard away from the stove works well.
Keep it out of reach of children, and keep the photo of the code until the bottle is finished. If capsules change color or stick together, stop and call the order desk.
Memodyne batch verify FAQ: questions people ask
Where is the lot number on a Memodyne bottle?
On most supplement bottles it is stamped on the base or near the edge of the label. The label image we have does not show one, so check your own bottle.
What is Memodyne lot MEM-26/ME-4547?
It is a reference code in our product file. It is not proof that your bottle came from that batch, and no lab report is tied to it in public.
Is there a Memodyne certificate of analysis?
None has been published. MEM-4547-26-ME is a reference number only. Ask the order desk or the distributor if a certificate exists for your lot.
How do I know my Memodyne bottle is genuine?
Check that the label lists seven lines, names Gex Corporation LLP as distributor and has an intact seal. Then ask the order desk to match your order.
What should I do if the Memodyne safety seal is broken?
Do not use it. The label says not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Call the order desk and ask about a replacement or refund.
My Memodyne label looks different. Is that a problem?
It may be a newer print or a different product. Compare it line by line with the label on this site and call the order desk before you take any.
Does Memodyne have an expiration date?
The label image we have does not show one. Look for a date on your bottle, and ask the order desk if you cannot find it.
Can I verify a Memodyne batch online?
We know of no public batch lookup tool for this product. The order desk is the place to ask about your bottle.
Should I keep my Memodyne bottle after it is empty?

Who do I contact about a Memodyne batch question?
Start with the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480. The label also lists the distributor at [email protected].
Order Memodyne and check it on arrival
