About the product
What is Memodyne?
Memodyne is a once-a-day capsule dietary supplement, 30 capsules per bottle. The front label calls it a “Cognitive Support Formula*” and shows three icons: focus, clarity and energy.
Is Memodyne a treatment for memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer's?
No. It is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and it is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Memory loss that gets in the way of daily life needs a doctor's visit.
Who makes Memodyne?
The label says it is distributed by Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, and made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. The factory itself is not named on the label.
Does the FDA approve Memodyne?
No supplement is. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The asterisk on the front label points to the standard FDA statement printed on the bottle.
Does Memodyne work for memory?
No study of Memodyne itself has been published, so no one can say. Its main ingredients are amino acids best known for blood flow and workouts. One small trial used about 8 times more arginine than a capsule holds.
Is Memodyne legit or a scam?
It has a printed label with every amount, an order-support phone line and a 60-day refund window on the sales page. The bigger risk is look-alike websites using the name, so check the web address before you pay.
Ingredients and the label
What are the ingredients in Memodyne?
The label lists seven lines: niacin 7.5 mg NE, calcium 18 mg, L-arginine 200 mg, L-arginine AKG 200 mg, L-citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-citrulline malate 100 mg and beta-alanine 40 mg.
Does Memodyne use a proprietary blend?
No. Every line on the Supplement Facts panel has its own printed amount. That is a real plus, because you can compare each dose with research.
Why does the Memodyne ingredient list online show only six ingredients?
The brand's own text leaves out beta-alanine. The label image prints it at 40 mg, and the label is the version that counts.
Why does Memodyne have two kinds of arginine and two kinds of citrulline?
The label uses a free form and a salt form of each. Part of each salt form's weight is its carrier (AKG, HCl or malate), not the amino acid itself.
Is the Memodyne capsule vegetarian?
The shell is listed as hypromellose, a vegetable capsule. The label does not print a vegan or vegetarian claim for the whole product, so ask the order desk if that matters to you.
Does Memodyne contain caffeine?
No caffeine is listed on the label. The other ingredients are the capsule shell, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide.
Dose and how to take it
How do I take Memodyne?
Take one capsule a day with an 8 oz glass of water. The label says best results come 20-30 minutes before a meal.
What is the best time of day to take Memodyne?
The label names no clock time, only “before a meal”. Tying it to breakfast can make it easier to remember.
Can I take two Memodyne capsules a day?
No. The label says do not exceed the recommended dose, which is one capsule a day.
How many days does a bottle of Memodyne cover?
30 days. Each bottle holds 30 capsules and the serving is one capsule.
How long does Memodyne take to work?
No honest timeline exists, because the product has not been studied. Use the 60-day window to decide, and see a doctor if memory worries grow.
Safety, medicines and when to see a doctor
What are the side effects of Memodyne?
No side effect data on Memodyne itself has been published. Arginine and citrulline may lower blood pressure, so dizziness is worth watching for. Stop and call your doctor if you feel unwell.
Can I take Memodyne with blood pressure medicine?
Ask your doctor first. Arginine and citrulline may lower blood pressure and add to the effect of blood pressure drugs.
Can I take Memodyne with nitroglycerin or ED pills like sildenafil?
Not without your doctor's OK. Sources warn that arginine with nitrates or ED pills might drop blood pressure too low.
Is Memodyne safe after a heart attack?
Ask your cardiologist first. In the VINTAGE MI trial, arginine after a heart attack did not help, and more deaths occurred in the arginine group.
Will the beta-alanine in Memodyne make my skin tingle?
Tingling is unlikely. It shows up in sports studies at 4 to 6 grams a day, and a capsule holds 40 mg, about 1% of 4 grams.
Will the niacin in Memodyne cause flushing?
Flushing is unlikely at this dose. It tends to start around 30 mg of nicotinic acid, and the label lists 7.5 mg NE.
Can I take Memodyne if I am pregnant, nursing or under 18?
The label says to consult a physician first. The same goes for anyone with a known medical condition.
When should forgetfulness be checked by a doctor?
When it disrupts daily life, gets worse, or comes with confusion about time or place. Some causes, like low vitamin B12 or a medicine side effect, can be treated.
What if confusion or trouble speaking comes on suddenly?
Call 911 right away and note the time. Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or numbness on one side can be signs of a stroke.

Is Memodyne sold on Amazon?
We cannot vouch for any marketplace listing. If you see one, compare the seller, the label and the refund terms with the sales page before you buy.

No. The 5 digital e-books come with the 3- and 6-bottle packs only. The dollar values are the seller's list prices, and we have not read the books.
Guarantee and refunds

The sales page shows a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. It also says a refund needs at least 30 days of use, so confirm the rule with the order desk.

To 600 Lexington Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10022. Put your full name, email and order ID inside, and use a tracked service, because the buyer pays return shipping.
How long does a Memodyne refund take?
The sales page says 3-5 business days after the return is credited, then 5-10 days to show on your card.

Does Memodyne work? The short version
Honest note
Memodyne pairs small amounts of L-arginine and L-citrulline, amino acids the body uses to make nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels (Schwedhelm et al., 2008). No study of Memodyne has been published. One small trial in frail older adults with high blood pressure used 3.3 g of arginine a day for 4 weeks (Mone et al., 2022); a capsule holds about 12% of that. Supplements are not proven to prevent dementia (NCCIH, Supplements for cognitive function).
Should you check with a doctor before you start?
Five quick questions show whether a talk with your doctor should come first. The result is a prompt for that talk, not a medical verdict. The who it is for page goes into more detail.
Are you 18 or older?
The label says under-18s should ask a physician first.Do you take blood pressure medicine, nitrates (like nitroglycerin) or ED pills?
Arginine and citrulline may lower blood pressure and add to these drugs. Ask your doctor first.Have you had a heart attack?
In a trial after heart attacks, arginine did not help and more deaths occurred in the arginine group. Ask your cardiologist. Are you pregnant or nursing?
The label says to consult a physician first. Is memory loss new, sudden or getting in the way of daily life?
That needs a doctor's visit, not a supplement. Sudden confusion can be a stroke: call 911.
