Memodyne Bottle Label: 5 Steps to Check the Seal, Lot and Directions

Written by the Memodyne editorial team · Medically reviewed by Dr. James Bateman III, MD, MPH, Physician · Reviewed · Last updated · 6 min read

Quick answerWhen your Memodyne bottle arrives, check five things on the label: the front panel, the seven Supplement Facts lines, the directions and caution, the distributor and made-in line, and the seal and any lot code. The label is the final word. If something differs, call the order desk before the first capsule.

Key facts

What are the key facts about the Memodyne bottle label?

Key facts

  • Front panel: Cognitive Support Formula*, Focus, Clarity, Energy, 30 Capsules, Dietary Supplement.
  • The Supplement Facts panel prints seven lines, each with its own amount, and no proprietary blend.
  • Directions call for one capsule a day with 8 oz of water, and the caution box says not to exceed the recommended dose.
  • The distributor block names Gex Corporation LLP of Ogden, Utah (PO Box 12730). The label also says made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.
  • A lot or date code is not shown on the label image we hold. Look on your own bottle. Lot MEM-26/ME-4547 is a reference only, not proof about your bottle.
  • Memodyne is not FDA approved, and no supplement is.

Why spend five minutes on the label?

A label is the only document that travels with the capsules. It tells you what is inside, how to take it, who stands behind it and what to watch for. When the bottle lands, it is also your first check that you got the right product.

Most people open the box, glance at the front and put the bottle in a cupboard. A calmer routine finds trouble early, while the return window is wide open. It also leaves you a record, which helps if you ever need a refund or a doctor’s opinion.

Take the bottle into good light. The five steps below follow the label from the front to the base.

The list

What are the 5 steps to check the bottle?

  1. 01

    Read the front panel

Name, three icons and the capsule count.

  2. 02

    Match the seven lines

Each with its own printed amount.

  3. 03

    Read the directions and caution

One capsule, one glass of water, three groups to ask first.

  4. 04

Find the distributor and the made-in line

A named company and a place.

  5. 05

Check the seal and look for a code

    Before the first capsule.

Step 1

What does the front panel say?

Three lines. “Cognitive Support Formula*”, then the words Focus, Clarity and Energy with small icons, then “30 Capsules · Dietary Supplement”.

The asterisk leads to a statement printed on the same label: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. So the three icons are marketing, not test results.

Check the count too. Thirty capsules in a bottle means a month at one a day.

Step 2

Do the seven lines match?

The Supplement Facts panel gives the serving size as 1 capsule and 30 servings per container. Compare the lines below with your bottle.

The seven lines to find on the panel, per capsule.
LineAmount
Niacin7.5 mg NE (47 percent of Daily Value)
Calcium, from calcium carbonate18 mg, 1.5% of the Daily Value
L-Arginine, base form200 mg
Arginine joined to AKG, 2:1200 mg
L-Citrulline in HCl form100 mg
L-Citrulline in malate form100 mg
Beta-alanine40 mg

Under the panel, expect hypromellose as the vegetable capsule, plus vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. If your panel shows six lines, a different count or different amounts, stop and ask. The brand’s own ingredient graphic names only six items and leaves out beta-alanine, so a seller who copied the graphic may have copied the gap.

Step 3

What do the directions and caution say?

The directions tell you, as a dietary supplement, to take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. The label adds that best results come when you take it 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, or as your healthcare professional directs.

The caution box says not to exceed the recommended dose and to keep the product away from children. It tells pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition to consult a physician first.

What the label leaves out

It says nothing about medicines. Blood pressure drugs, nitrates and ED pills are the combinations to raise with a pharmacist, since both amino acids can lower blood pressure (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine). Bring the bottle to your doctor or pharmacist if you take any of them.

Step 4

Who is named, and where was it made?

The distributor block should read Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, with a phone number and the sales email [email protected]. The label also prints “Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.”

The plant is left blank. The sales page says the capsules come from an FDA-registered facility, but with no name or number we cannot verify that. A different distributor name, or none, is a reason to call the order desk.

Storage advice sits on the label too: a cool, dry place away from heat and light.

Step 5

How do you check the seal and the code?

Inspect the safety seal first. A torn or absent seal is the label’s cue to leave the product alone. The cap should turn with some resistance the first time, and an inner seal should cover the whole opening.

Seal and bottle check

  • The inner seal is flat, with no tears, holes or lifted edges.
  • No capsules have spilled into the cap.
  • The bottle smells neutral, not damp or sour.
  • A photo of the label, seal and base is saved before you open it.

Then turn the bottle over. Many supplement bottles carry a lot code and a date on the base or the label edge. The label image we hold shows neither, so your bottle is the only place to look. Some bottles leave both off. That alone is not a red flag, but ask the order desk which batch was shipped to you.

About the codes

What are the lot and certificate numbers on this site?

Our files list lot MEM-26/ME-4547 and a certificate reference, MEM-4547-26-ME. They are reference codes only. No certificate has been published, and we do not claim that any bottle was tested or that yours came from that lot.

Quote them if you call the order desk, and compare them with what is printed on your own bottle. Our batch verify page explains the call step by step.

Does the Memodyne label show a lot number, and where?

The brand graphic lists six, but the label prints seven. Ask the order desk before you take any capsules.

What if the safety seal is missing?

Do not use the bottle. Keep the receipt, take photos and call the order desk.

Does the label name the factory?

Our view

Our view

Our view: this is a clear label, and clarity is a strength. Every amount is printed, the directions are short and the caution box names groups who should ask first.

What it cannot do is prove the capsule works or show a lab report. Use it as a checklist for the box in your hands, and keep the photos until the money-back window closes.
